We want you to love every piece. If something doesn't feel right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at hello@cassiene.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — it's the least we can do.
