How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days, express shipping takes 3–7 business days, and international orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — complimentary standard shipping is available on all orders over $500. For orders under $500, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Simply email us at hello@cassiene.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. Every piece in the Cassiene collection is sourced directly from established artisan workshops and verified designers. We stand behind the authenticity and quality of every item we carry.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly, so we ask that you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified — but you're welcome to initiate a return once it arrives.
